Copowi, un ISP que garantiza la neutralidad de la red

Creo que es la primera vez que una empresa proveedora de acceso a Internet se compromete a esto, y me parece que debería convertirse en una declaración obligatoria o al menos exigible.
Pasaron los tiempos en que los ciudadanos pagábamos una fortuna por una conexión que casi era un favor por muy lenta que resultase: los ISPs tenían algo de mágico que los situaba muy por encima de nuestros cacharros, perdón, módems.
